From a small family kitchen in idyllic St Ives, over a quarter of a centuary ago, two friends created a smooth creamy fudge to serve to the local shops.

The finest local clotted cream, butter and sugar are crafted together to create delicious fudge.

Our fudge is still based on our original family recipe. 

Contains milk and soya.
This product has been prepared in an area where nuts are also used.
Suitable for vegetarians. 
Hydrogenised fat free for healthy eating.

Uses local Cornish Clotted Cream.
